Update: Holiday was traded Wednesday to the Knicks along with Derrick Rose and a 2017 second-round pick in exchange for Robin Lopez, Jose Calderon and Jerian Grant, K.C. Johnson of the Chicago Tribune reports.
Analysis: It's the second time that Holiday has been traded in the last four months, and the Knicks will mark the fifth team he'll join in the last three years. In his 27 games with the Bulls last season after coming over from the Hawks at the trade deadline, Holiday was a regular rotation member, averaging 6.5 points, 2.3 rebounds and 1.7 assists across 18.9 minutes per game. Though the Knicks don't have much depth on their squad, Holiday will likely struggle to find more playing time than he received with the Bulls, and his defense-oriented game will limit his fantasy upside on the occasions he does receive extended run.
