Update: Love logged nine points (3-9 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 3-4 FT), 14 rebounds, three assists and two steals across 30 minutes during the Cavaliers' 93-89 win over the Warriors in Sunday's Game 7.
Analysis: Love was the odd man out for the Cavs during much of the series, but put all that behind him in Game 7 to help the the team earn its first title in franchise history. While scoring nine points on nine shots made for yet another forgettable offensive line, Love's effort on the boards -- particularly in the first quarter -- plus his strong late-game defense helped push his team over the top. Since Love has largely struggled to find his footing next to Kyrie Irving and LeBron James for much of his two seasons with the Cavaliers, trade rumors might swirl during the summer. However, Love certainly showed his worth when all was said and done, and it's also possible that the Cavaliers simply focus on how to better incorporate him into the mix in 2016-17.
