Update: Leuer agreed to a four-year, $42 million deal with the Pistons on Saturday, Chris Haynes of Cleveland.com reports.
Analysis: The 27-year-old big man will add another viable option to the Pistons' front court. Leuer enjoyed his best statistical season as a reserve last season, averaging 8.5 points and 5.6 rebounds over 18.7 minutes per game. He'll likely have a similar role in Detroit where he can stretch the floor with the second unit. He shot 38.2 percent from three point range in 2016, the second best mark in his career.
