Update: Bell (knee/suspension) already appears to be at full strength, according to Mark Kaboly of the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review.
Analysis: Kaboly jokingly estimated that Bell's knee is about '107 percent' healthy. Given that the star running back is nine months removed from tearing his MCL and PCL (but not ACL), it's not exactly surprising to hear he's made a full recovery. The far greater concern is Bell's looming four-game suspension, with his appeal set to be heard during the second week of August. He reportedly missed an offseason drug test, but he seems to believe the situation was nothing more than a miscommunication. After initially saying he would win the appeal, Bell sounded far less certain when asked again this past weekend.
