Update: Beasley scored 11 points (5-13 FG, 1-2 3Pt), seven rebounds, and two assists over 23 minutes in Wednesday's 114-81 Game 5 loss to the Warriors.
Analysis: Beasley was the Rockets' only double-digit scorer other than James Harden (35 points) on the evening, but even the forward struggled to get his points, requiring an inefficient 13 shots. Nonetheless, Beasley was something of a silver lining in an otherwise dreadful series for the Rockets, finishing with at least 10 points in each of the last four games. After seemingly washing out of the NBA while opening this season in China, Beasley appears to have revitalized his career upon latching on with the Rockets in March, as he frequently provided quality scoring from the second unit. His achievements could be enough to convince the Rockets to pick up his contract option for the 2016-17 campaign.
