Update: Manning completed 24 of 43 passes for 302 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's loss to the Eagles. He also lost a fumble.
Analysis: The veteran could have had a bigger day, but the Giants' success on the ground and his inability to create many big plays capped his production. Despite his team's inability to make the playoffs yet again, Manning actually enjoyed one of the best statistical seasons of his career, setting a new personal best of 35 touchdown passes and generating 4,436 yards through the air. A coaching change is expected to occur in New York this offseason, but Manning should have the supporting cast to remain productive regardless of who is at the helm next season.
Manning finished 302 yards with two touchdowns and no interceptions in a season-ending loss to the Eagles. He was credited with a fumble - not a pick- on Walter Thurmond's 83-yard TD return in the third quarter.
Manning had 16 touchdowns and three interceptions at home, but nine scores and eight picks in his last four on the road.
